Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Koru Farm agricultural management platform and related services ("Services") provided by Koru Farm OÜ ("Koru Farm", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account registration

To use Koru Farm, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are using the Services on behalf of an agricultural business or cooperative, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Use of Services

Koru Farm provides AI-powered agricultural management tools, including but not limited to:

Voice AI assistant for recording treatments and managing farm tasks.
Digital field journals for SIEX compliance.
Integration with official Spanish agricultural registries (SIGPAC, ASPAFITOS, REA, ROPO).
Stock and inventory management.
Worker and equipment management.
Reporting and analytics tools.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful agricultural management purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Use the Services to submit false or misleading information to agricultural authorities.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
Use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

Data and content

You retain ownership of all farm data, treatment records, and other content you submit to the platform ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant Koru Farm a limited licence to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content, including compliance data submitted to official registries through our platform.

Subscription and billing

Access to Koru Farm is provided through paid subscription plans. Prices, features, and billing terms are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

AI-generated content

Our Voice AI assistant and other AI-powered features provide suggestions and automated data entry based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all data before submitting official compliance reports.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the platform. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koru Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of agricultural data, compliance penalties, or crop losses.

Termination

You may close your account at any time through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
